Facts
WellPrintEXP is not like PrintEXP: settings live in the software copy, not in the machine. Multiple copies on one PC cause failures. Keep one copy; download from CNC Utilities WellPrintEXP folder.
H00 is the leftmost head-cable connector, then H01, H02. White uses “White 1”; colour order matches the dampers.
X gear ratio: start with a short Move (about half table / 800 mm) so the machine does not hit the left stop, then use a longer move for accuracy. Y and Z have no grit belt; measure actual vs commanded distance.
Print height about an R2-coin gap under the carriage. Raise the table until the coin just will not push in. Do not jam the coin — that can crack the carriage.
Speed changes throw alignment off; redo bidirectional after changing speed. UV6090 typical: bidirectional about −16 at R2 height; head-to-head horizontal about 1200; vertical about 370 (put the number on the colour head, leave the other at 0).
Start software first then the printer; close software first then power off. Do not leave the printer on with software disconnected — no onboard maintenance.
