Per subcategory leaf, score EVERY eligible review: topic_relevance (~0.7) from that leaf's taxonomy keywords on title+content (name lightly) + recency (~0.3) with smooth decay vs newest date in corpus — even tiny topic weight still ranks. Sort by combined score desc; take top 100; random-sample exactly 30 with seeded RNG (seed = YYYYMMDD SAST + subcategory slug). If fewer than 100 scored candidates somehow, OR topic pool too weak to reach 30 (topic_hits<30): take the latest 300 eligible reviews (date desc), random-sample 30. Never ship count 0 or <30 — assert count==30 for every subcategory slug before publish. Same review id MAY appear in multiple subcategory packs (multi-membership).",

Katlego from Teamviewer responded quickly to my wattsapp and and reloaded the correct drivers and set up my printer. No time wasted on a phone call. The service was absolutely amazing and in no time I could get back to completing my orders. Thank you Katlego for your awesome assistance.",
