In January 2022 while doing an order my machine just froze up, I tried everything without success, I contacted the remote assistance and a technician sorted my machine but one problem that gave us trouble, due to time and workload the technicians could not assist me immediately, out of desperation I contacted April the owner for assistance but time was against us, she suggested that we can do this after hours, she contacted me and assisted me in resolving my problem in minutes. This to me is loyalty towards their customers, I was really impressed with her efficiency.
