Cut printed fabric to the print line, automatically

The MorCUT-Cyclops LC-1816/G2 is an industrial fabric laser. A camera reads the printed border, and two independent gantries cut along it at up to double the speed of a single head.

Fabric feeds off the roll onto a mesh conveyor with smoke extraction, so a sublimation or DTF print shop can cut sportswear, flags and soft signage panels without hand cutting.

How to choose

LC-1816/G2 is the barebone unit, with no laser tubes, power supplies or chiller. Choose it only if you already have tubes and cooling.

LC-1816/G2/130 includes two 130W CO2 tubes, a water chiller and automatic deskew. It is the standard choice for sportswear and flags.

LC-1816/G2/150 has two 150W tubes for thicker or multi-layer textiles and faster cutting.

For flat sheet work (acrylic, wood, signage) a TruCUT CO2 laser is the better fit. MorCUT-Cyclops is built for rolled fabric.

Camera contour cutting follows the printed border with 0.01mm repeat accuracy and 100% recognition on borders 5mm or thicker.

Objections:

"Will laser edges fray?" CO2 laser seals synthetic (polyester) edges as it cuts, so they don't fray. That is why sportswear shops use it.
"Why is the barebone cheaper?" It has no tubes, power supplies or chiller. Most clients should take the /130 or /150 complete set.
