Roller Heat Presses

Sublimation roller presses for roll-to-roll fabric, from 1620mm electric to 1700mm and 3200mm oil-heated drums.

Roll-to-roll sublimation at production width

A roller heat press transfers sublimation prints onto fabric from the roll, so long banners, flags and sportswear panels run without stopping.

Heatware rollers come with electric heating (1620mm, 6kW, 220V) or open-drum oil heating (1700mm, 12kW, 380V), and there are 3200mm oil-drum models for the widest fabric.

Match the roller width to your sublimation printer.

Reply with your sublimation printer width and your power supply (220V or 380V).

Objections:

"Why not a flat press?" A flat press can't run continuous roll fabric at production width.
"Electric or oil?" Oil drums hold more even heat at higher volume. Electric is simpler and runs on 220V.
