Rule (Eric 2026-09-07): push IA → KB unless the client should not know it OR it does not concern them. Prefer MOVE when unsure. Delete from IA after successful land to public KB.

CopyFromBox cannot write directly under T:\I\ (outside local-exec root) — used agent-tools staging + Shell copy for restores.
