2. What to SHOW at Sunnyrock (by visitor type)
Always invite creators to see live demos and samples at Sunnyrock. Match the tour to what they make content about — don’t walk every line.
Hot / push for new sales (demo first)
| Line | Show as samples | Talking points | Demo / training video |
|---|---|---|---|
| A3 DTF (Hot) | Finished tees / transfers; A3 chassis + powder + film + flat press | Strongest small-shop loop; white then CMYK then powder then press. Starter: H-DTF/A3 class / barebone F-DTF/A3. 300 mm same first-shop class; 600 mm when they have volume. |
Start Your Own T-Shirt Printing Business! |
| Textile DTF 300 / 600 | Same loop at wider roll | 300 = first shop; 600 = volume. Don’t sell press-only and hope they “find a printer”. | DTF how-tos under sources/youtube/dtf-howtos.md |
| UV-DTF (growing / Hot talk) | Bottle labels, tumbler stickers, scratch-proof hard-goods samples; A3 UV-DTF if on floor | Built-in laminator is the point. Usual “what’s next” after textile DTF, or first machine for hard goods only. | The New A3 UV DTF & New Inks |
| Vinyl4 + VinylCut | Cut lettering / print-then-cut stickers; 720 Hobby/Studio first | Current cutter. Contour + VinylCut story. 1350/1750 for wrap/wide lettering. | Vinyl4 landed in South Africa |
| Heatware / presses | Flat / combo / mug / tumbler / roller if demo’d | Finishing half of DTF & sublimation — easy first add-on, not a standalone factory. | Heatware how-tos; client story below |
| FastCOLOUR / F-series | Banner / outdoor / eco-solvent samples; F2-1800 class if on floor | “Large format” when outsourced colour doesn’t match. Laminate outdoor eco work. | FastCOLOUR how-tos; In-House Branding video below |
| PhaseMagic (Hot) | 18 kW unit if on floor / video | 220 V single-phase → 380 V three-phase so shops without three-phase can run CNC/industrial. | PhaseMagic 18kW |
Show as capability (not default first-shop pitch)
| Line | Show | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| EasyRoute CNC | Wood/acrylic parts, signs | Workshop scale (1325/2030), not spare-bedroom default. CNC course exists. |
| TruCUT / RayCUT lasers | Craft acrylic / trophies vs metal mark | Ask material first. Hobby CO2 ≠ fibre sheet cutter. |
| Plasma | Fabrication demos only | Fabricator tool — not a print-shop add-on. |
Cold / Dead — don’t pitch as new sale
- V-Series — Cold for new sales (Vinyl4 replaces it). Still service + drivers for machines in the field.
- AcroRIP — Cold; prefer InkRIP / Flexi.
- MainTop / UltraPrint — Dead; mention only if they name them.

Kreyatif: no hit in public KB digests as of this write — don’t invent; ask Vector/sales if you need that story.
Daily channel (@amcoza-machinery) is mostly filmed at client sites during install/repair — useful “real shop” colour, not the sales-guidance weight of main (@AchievementMatters).
4. Ops nuances (content accuracy)
- Human support / WhatsApp: AM.CO.ZA on 060 600 6000 (sales). Support workspace also uses 060 600 7000 in templates — use sales number for creator invites unless they’re already in support.
- Training: Ambitious Academy / SoftwareTraining at Sunnyrock + online courses (DTF, CNC, etc.).
- Catalog: Buythis product pages — cite with
#ai. - Payment: T&Cs — full advance payment cleared before dispatch/delivery, even if they saw stock on the floor (
email/sales/full-payment-before-dispatch.md). - AI connect for clients: https://8i.co.za/guide/amcoza/ai-connect/ and public KB https://8i.co.za/data/amcoza/ (+ Drive folder in START_HERE).
5. Do not claim
- VAT 15.5% — retired. Standard VAT for quotations is 15% (planned hike cancelled). IA digest
vat-15-5-quotations.mdis outdated. - New V-Series sales.
- Restock “days” or invented lead times.
- Location IDs / Fulfillment fetch URLs.
- Salary, commission, CRM people files, Internal Affairs process dumps.
- OEM/third-party softwares’ private family names in public pitches.
Suggested HQ tour flow for creators
- Open with samples that match their niche (tees → A3 DTF; bottles → UV-DTF; lettering → Vinyl4).
- Show the finishing piece (press / laminator / contour).
- One short watch link to take home — not a playlist dump.
- Offer Ambitious / SoftwareTraining if they want depth.
- Close with Sunnyrock address + WhatsApp 060 600 6000.
For live qty before promising a floor demo unit, check stock/latest.json (Johannesburg first) — Vector can refresh.
