How to fill the top of channel letters (from this page)

Setting a top thickness fills the top, but the live block says the centrepieces struggle with no support and will probably make a mess; adding support means cutting all of that out later.
  3. A cleaner way named on this page is to invert / rotate the text 180 degrees. After that rotate, the live block still shows the top filling, so a print-and-flip would leave the bottom filled. Go back to Print Setup / shell: set top to zero and set bottom thickness, so the preview fills the bottom. That bottom fill is named as the support. After printing, flip the text so the top is printed against that solid support, saving time and resources.
